West Phoenix Tattoo Supply offers a One Year Warranty for all tattoo machines for the original purchaser.
West Phoenix tattoo machines are made in the USA and feature a one year warranty on all parts for the original owner. If your machine has issues within one year from the date of purchase, send the tattoo machine along with your receipt following the instructions here: REPAIRS and we will fix or replace it as our technicians determine.
The Warranty is voided if you overlube or drop your machine, or if you open/tamper with the motor. It is also voided if you use non-authorized parts for repair.
The Warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original owner. Bishop Rotary reserves the right to make exceptions on an individual basis.
Service Info
If it has been longer than a year, don’t worry – we still offer repairs. Unlike other rotary companies that gouge you on repair prices or replacement parts, we don’t do that to our customers – West Tattoo Phoenix Supply is Tattoo Artist Owned and we view our artists as family. Repairs aren’t done for a profit here – we replace parts at just a little over cost, and the service is covered, as is return shipping.
